Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received.
  • A tracking code will be sent to your email once your order ships. The tracking code becomes active within 2 business days.
  • Typical delivery time is 18–20 business days depending on your location.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@alphahealingstore.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
